Positive aspects of my stay at Hootananny Hostel: friendly staff, charming and unique interior, convenient location near pubs and transportation, spacious kitchen and bathrooms.

The location was great, with a pub downstairs that hosted musical events. the hostel had a laundry room available for use. However, the lack of staff presence during the night was concerning.

The entrance was confusing and there were people still occupying the beds meant for us. The toilets and showers were not well-maintained, and the shower area had no lockers, making it uncomfortable for privacy.

The value for money at Hootananny was great! The rooms were surprisingly comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient, just a few blocks from the Brixton tube station. 

Great value for money, excellent location. Bar had good atmosphere, drinks cheaper than nearby places. Friendly and respectful staff, feels like home. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Enjoyed chatting with fellow guests. 

hootananny hostel was a game-changer. the community, location, and staff were exceptional. i'll definitely be back.
